Dial ‘000’ if need of Ambulance, Fire and Police
There are fire extinguishers throughout the lodge in case of fire.
If the fire alarm is set off you need to call ‘000’ for the alarm to be disabled. Advise the operator you are in RockPool Lodge, Mountain Drive, Woodridge area of Thredbo.
Please note tampering with fire alarms can attract a fine of up to $500.

Thredbo Medical Centre
Thredbo Medical Centre is located at Valley Terminal and throughout winter is operated by a qualified general practitioner. The centre is open during school holidays. At other times there is first aid care available in Thredbo and a medical service is located in Jindabyne. There is a hospital in Cooma.

If you are in Thredbo Resort and are in need of assistance, call the ski patrol now on 02 6459 4147. Patrol hours are 8am-4.30pm throughout the winter ski season.

The Information Centre is open 7 days a week and centrally located in the heart of the village at 6 Friday Drive.
