Entering the Lodge
Arrival/Departure
This is a coded property. Please contact the office when checking out to advise you have left the property.
Check out time: 10.00am at Thredbo Information Centre.
Entering RockPool Lodge
There is a digital code panel on the right of the front door.
Enter the code and # key, pull door towards you then push open. After walking in wait for the click before closing.
We suggest you use your smartphone to light the panel at night.
You will be given the code for your stay via email from the management. Do not share this code.
For your safety, ensure the doors and windows are locked before you leave for the day or evening.

Rockpool Lodge does not have a daily cleaning service.
When departing the property upon check out please clean all used kitchen utensils and cookware and dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish enclosure.
There is a vacuum for guest use during your stay. This is located in the dining room cupboard.
Rubbish Removal
The Rockpool rubbish enclosure is the wooden door on the lower side of the carpark.
Please dispose of your rubbish correctly using the bins and recycle bags provided.
Electrical Switchboard
The switchboard is located inside the property, inside the laundry room, near the 
.
Please refer to the switchboard for troubleshooting if you have an issue with lights, power points or heaters.

Rules of the Lodge
No smoking in the lodge.
No ski boots beyond the front entrance area. Please store them in the Boot Room.
No items belonging to the lodge to be taken outside the lodge.
We offer an assortment of coffee-table books for your reading enjoyment. They are not to be taken outside of the lodge please. There is a selection of novels. You are free to read them and we ask that if you want to take one with you that is not finished you simply replace it with one of your own. Thank you

If the gas is low, please contact the front desk and they will arrange a replacement tank. Please note this may take 24-48 hours to replace.
Please ensure that after use, the BBQ is turned off at the gas bottle, clean the BBQ plates and replace the cover. Additional fees may apply if left dirty.

Black & Decker Dustbuster
Under the staircase resides a Dustbuster to pick up dry spills. It will also pick up wet spills with the squeegee accessory. Return to charging base after use and empty the dust container after use, especially after wet mess. Rinse if wet mess and dry before next use. Please watch the video for full clear instructions.
